Submit Inquiry Form

Submit an inquiry form through my website. I will get in touch with you via email to confirm availability of your date and further discuss details with you! Booking is confirmed with a 20% non-refundable deposit.

The Day of the Event

On the day of the event I will arrive early to set up, take reference photos and get a head start painting the scenery. I will stay in my designated spot and paint throughout your event. Before the event ends, I will have you take a look at the final piece before taking it back to my studio for touch ups!

Virtual Consultation &
Final Payment

Once booking has been confirmed with a 20% deposit, we will set up a virtual consultation to further discuss details on the vision you have for your painting! We will discuss design factors such as background, colour, theme, scene, pose, and more, tailoring the painting to your preferences. Poses can include first kiss, ceremony exit, holding hands, looking at each other, etc.

2 weeks prior to your event, I will reach out to confirm the design we discussed and then the remaining 80% will be paid.

After the Event

Touch ups can take up to 2-3 weeks. I will add final details and use oil paints to further enhance the painting. I will send you photos of the final painting and have you confirm you are satisfied with it. Then, I will seal it with UV  protected, non yellowing varnish. Finally, it is shipped or dropped off!
